Andrew P. Berry is an Associate with Nielsen, Zehe & Antas, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in the areas of subrogation and insurance defense litigation.

Mr. Berry joined Nielsen, Zehe & Antas, P.C. in October 2008, after practicing in Indiana for five years.  Mr. Berry’s previous experience was primarily focused on insurance defense, mass tort defense, contract, commercial, and employment litigation. 

While attending law school, Mr. Berry completed a semester abroad with Valparaiso’s London and Cambridge, England program, as well as judicial clerkships with the Porter Superior Court III, for the Honorable Judge Julia M. Jent, and the Indiana Court of Appeals, with the Honorable Judge Margret G. Robb.  Mr. Berry also completed a semester in the Valparaiso University School of Law’s Mediation Clinic. 

Upon graduating law school in May 2003, Mr. Berry began practicing primarily in the fields of insurance defense, and labor and employment litigation in Merrillville, Indiana. After later moving to his hometown of Indianapolis in 2005, Mr. Berry continued his practice in the areas of insurance and employment litigation, as well as expanding into business, mass tort, and product liability litigation. 

Mr. Berry has considerable litigation experience and has represented municipalities, employers and employees and other individual and business clientele in both state and federal court, and has also appeared before arbitral bodies including the American Arbitration Association, Arbitration Forums, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Mr. Berry is currently admitted to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations, and his application for admission to the Illinois Bar is pending.
