Matthew S. McLean is an associate with Nielsen, Zehe & Antas, P.C. who focuses his practice in the areas of property subrogation, warehouse legal liability and transportation law. He represents a wide range
of clients in all aspects of warehousing law including property loss, enforcement of warehouseman’s liens and review of storage agreements. Mr. McLean also has experience in large scale products liability
litigation involving some of the nation’s biggest corporations.
Mr. McLean received his Bachelor of Arts Degree summa cum laude in 2004 and began attending The John Marshall Law School shortly thereafter. While a student at John Marshall, Mr. McLean was a member of
The John Marshall Law Review, Treasurer of the Real Estate Law Society and President of the student chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He graduated from law school cum laude in 2008.
While attending law school Mr. McLean served as a legal clerk where he specialized in property, construction and first party insurance litigation. He also volunteered as a mortgage counselor to assist
victims of predatory lending and help determine the appropriate legal avenues for foreclosure prevention.
