Jordan M. Rifkin focuses his practice in the areas of property and workers’ compensation subrogation. Mr. Rifkin received his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and a minor in Business from Indiana University in 2004. He began attending The John Marshall Law School shortly thereafter where he was actively involved in the Trial Advocacy program.
While attending law school Mr. Rifkin was a board member of the Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolutions Honors Board. He competed in several mock trial competitions and received the “Exceptional Advocate” award for his accomplishments during the Georgetown White Collar Crime Competition. Mr. Rifkin also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles R. Norgle, Sr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Upon graduating law school in May 2009, Mr. Rifkin began practicing primarily in the field of insurance defense where he participated in all phases of trial litigation. Mr. Rifkin is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
